Saxdor Yachts, recognized as the fastest-growing boatbuilder globally, is excited to reveal the expansion of its production capabilities with a new shipyard in Larsmo, Finland. This strategic initiative addresses the rising demand for Saxdor’s cutting-edge and high-quality yachts.
This transition represents a major milestone for Saxdor, showcasing a full embrace of Finnish boatbuilding expertise and craftsmanship. The Larsmo region, known for its rich history of boatbuilding and home to renowned brands like Baltic Yachts and Nautor Swan, offers a highly skilled workforce. This inspired Saxdor to concentrate on producing its larger, high-end models in this area.
Production is set to commence in the autumn as Saxdor Yachts takes over the facility formerly used by Baltic Yachts.
Saxdor is committing to a long-term investment in its Larsmo shipyard, aiming to create over 100 jobs, initially starting with around 50 professionals. The company has already made key hires and is actively recruiting more boatbuilding experts to join its team. This initiative not only increases local employment but also positions Saxdor as a major employer in the region. By supporting local communities and contributing to the regional economy, Saxdor is fostering strong collaboration with Larsmo County.

The newly established shipyard in Finland will be pivotal in Saxdor’s future strategies, particularly in manufacturing upcoming models.
